Abstract

This study attempted to examine the mediating effect of teacher efficacy in the effect of earlychildhood teachers' passion for teaching on happiness. The subjects of the study were 220infant teachers working at daycare centers in Daegu, and the collected data were analyzed usingSPSS 25.0, hierarchical regression analysis, and Sobel verification method.. Data was collectedand analyzed correlation, hierarchical multiple regression and sobel test. The results of thisstudy are as follows. First, it was found that there was a significant positive correlation betweenearly childhood teachers' passion for teaching, teacher efficacy, and happiness. Second, amongthe sub-areas of passion for teaching, passion and harmonious passion were found to have apositive effect on external happiness, internal happiness, and self-regulation happiness throughteacher efficacy.
