Abstract
The future development of the Russian energy sector will be based on the energy economy of big high-frequency data. Russia has begun preparing a new national project to build a big data economy during the year. High-frequency big geodata is a new stage in the development of the digital energy economy. The digital modernization of the Russian energy industry is a key driver of the resource-innovative development of the Russian Big Data economy.
