Abstract

The article analyzes the impact of information technology on the effectiveness of justice in civil cases. The authors show the main directions of the introduction of information technologies in the civil process. It is noted that the implementation of information technologies faces some organizational problems that negatively affect not only the effectiveness, but also the quality of justice in civil cases. The conclusion is made about the need for further movement along the path of informatization of civil proceedings to improve the regulatory legal framework and information infrastructure.
