Abstract

As a study on the improvement of the construction performance of hanok walls, the convenience of construction and the optimal construction method of wooden structures were improved, as well as the improvement of the construction performance of lightweight members. The results of the study are summarized as follows.
First, the airtightness performance of the wall is improved. To ensure insulation performance, a groove in which a wall line can be inserted closely is made on a column, and a wall line is inserted into it. The core material selection processing method is applied to minimize drying shrinkage and minimize deformation.
Second, the construction cost by material saving has been reduced. Instead of using the whole wood, it was possible to drastically reduce the cost of materials through high yield by using wood-oriented wood materials and using Douglasfer for wood tree species.
Third, it is possible to shorten the construction period by securing the ease of construction and installation. By establishing a processing system for major components of hanok and building detailed construction data, mass production is possible at the factory, so the standardized process and cost management system can be established to reduce construction period and cost.
