Abstract
This paper analyzes the design of the adhesion agreement, paying attention to the main characteristics of the agreement, and also discusses issues related to the main factors influencing the balance of interests of the parties when concluding and executing a contract. The article proposes a mechanism for ensuring a balance of interests of subjects of civil legal relations. An attempt has been made to consider the balance of interests when concluding an agreement from the perspective of statics and dynamics.
