Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine the set of pedagogical conditions for the formation of the value attitude of high school students to legal norms. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that it first formulated and theoretically justified the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the value attitude of high school students to legal norms. As a result, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the value attitude of high school students to legal norms are revealed: 1) subject-subject interaction of the teacher and the student; 2) comprehensive familiarization of high school students with the rights and obligations enshrined in the norms of law; 3) involvement of high school students in the design and research activities of the legal orientation.
