,양항비)초록: 본연구는두가지목표를가지고수행하였다. 하나는수치해석과Design-FOIL Pro.를이용해블레이드에어포일모델개발이고, 다른하나는이모델을Folding blade에적용하는것이다. 일반적으로1MW이상대형풍력터빈용블레이드는강풍시에피칭제어로풍향에대해서평형상태를유지하여로터를회전시키지않는방법으로블레이드의손상을방지하였지만, 소형풍력터빈용블레이드는설비비,유지비등경제성을이유로피칭제어를채택하지않아블레이드의파손문제가심각하다. 그래서본연구에서는 유지보수가 필요 없고 강풍에서도 파손이 없는 Spring pack을 이용한 로터를 직접설계(Direct-Design) 방법으로설계하여, 그성능을검증하고변화풍속에맞는폴딩각을이용해강풍시에도Wind turbine이Cut-out 없이계속발전을유지할수있도록하는점에집중연구하고자한다.Abstract: This study was carried out with two goals. One was the development of a model of a wind turbine bladeairfoil and the other was the application of this folding blade. In general, in large-sized (MW) wind turbines,damage is prevented because of the use of a pitch control system. On the other hand, pitch control is notperformed in small wind turbines since equipment costs and maintenance costs are high, and therefore, the bladewill cause serious damage. The wind turbine proposed in this study does not require maintenance, and the blades donot break during high winds because they are folded in accordance with changes in the wind speed. But generatorsare not cut-out, while maintaining a constant angle will continue to produce. The focus of this study, the windturbine is continued by folding blade systemin strong winds and gusts without stopping production.
