Abstract
The article is a profound sanalysis of the correlation between innovation processes and the processes of digital transformation taking place under the influence of the accelerating development of advanced digital technologies. Based on the analysis of a number of industry studies, the topic of the article is focused on artificial intelligence and augmented reality technologies - rapidly developing technologies of digital transformation of industrial companies, which have a large market volume, high development potential and present significant key advantages. Based on the results of the analysis of the digital transformation solutions market, it was substantiated that the artificial intelligence market and the augmented reality market have not yet reached the stage of their maturity, and are at the stage of displacement of competitors.
