Abstract

У статті наведено власне клінічне спостереження успішного лікування фульмінантної форми гострого гепатиту В із застосуванням глюкокортикостероїдів та аналогів нуклеозидів. Особливістю клінічного випадку виявився розвиток аспергільозу легень, що потребувало хірургічного лікування. З урахуванням зникнення антигенних маркерів гепатиту В, появи серoконверсії anti-HBs у високому титрі (через 6 та 12 місяців) пацієнтка, як реконвалесцент гострого гепатиту В, була знята з диспансерного обліку.
