Abstract
The article examines the legal framework and potential possibilities of integration processes in the post-Soviet space, as well as the place and role of the Russian Federation in Eurasian international organizations. The Russian Federation is considered as an active participant in protecting the interests of business development in the space of interstate associations. In this regard, the prospects for development and ways to implement the formation of a favorable economic climate for small and medium-sized businesses in the common integration space are analyzed.
