Abstract

With the beginning of the 20th century, the interest in quality began to grow, and this interest grew even more after the Second World War. This concept was expanded with the increase in customer expectations and the intensity of the competition in terms of quality, to include quality at the organization level as a whole. This study is aimed at identifying the role of TQM in achieving the competitive competitive advantage of the staff of the Directorate of Preparation and Training, and what is exposed to this Directorate of competition as strong as other departments Internal and external pressures affect Especially in terms of performance and competitive position. This led the Directorate to use TQM to maintain its competitive advantage and to enhance its competitive position. In order to achieve this, the analytical description was used.
