Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of 8 weeks of lower extremity exercise program on lower extremity edema and pain in women with working in office. Twenty-woman officers worked in sitting posture participated in this study and were randomly assigned into the exercise group (n=10) and the control group (n=10) according to order of registration for this study.
