Abstract

Changes in the economy, socio-cultural sphere, geopolitics and society as a whole require reforms in the approaches to teacher training. Graduates should be prepared for modern requirements of educational institutions. Traditional approaches to the organisation of pedagogical practice do not respond to all challenges, it is necessary to consider new approaches. The paper defines modern didactic approaches to the organisation of practice of linguists: competence-based, personal-activity oriented, system-activity oriented and ecosystem approaches. The main characteristics of the ecosystem are considered. The analysis of scientific literature, the experiment with the organisation of practices of UrFU linguists, the survey of participants and the results obtained make it possible to verify the effectiveness of the ecosystem approach. The methods of the organisation of educational scientific-research work and pedagogical practices linguists are defined. The research provides examples of various activities for the organisation of educational scientific- research work and pedagogical practices of linguists in various educational institutions, provides statistics on satisfaction with the organisation of scientific-research work and pedagogical practices of all participants in the events. Statistics are provided on the evaluation of the experiment by all participants. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the ecosystem approach to the organisation of students' pedagogical practice.
