Abstract

The article considers the sphere of activity and reveals the features of the restoration and construction company. The results of the analysis of the existing organizational structure of the company, as well as the diagnostic survey, interviewing and testing of employees of the company are presented. The results of testing employees according to the Belbin method, conducted in order to determine the compliance of the positions occupied by employees with their internal command roles, are analyzed. A number of proposals are given to improve the organizational structure and management system of the restoration and construction enterprise, including the deployment of a project management office and the creation of enterprise information system.
