Abstract
The paper shows the possibility and results of measuring the thermal resistance junction-to-board of monocrystalline solar cells using the modulation method. Shown the dependance between the solar cell efficiency on temperature and its “junction-to-board” thermal resistance value. Approved the possibility of express solar cells diagnostics based on the thermal resistance measuring results at the input control in the production of solar batteries.
