Abstract

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of dance instructors` nonverbal communication through dance lessons in terms of marketing. This study focused on how nonverbal communication of the instructors affect on service provider evaluation, trust, customer satisfaction. The results were as followed. First, nonverbal communication(kinesics, proxemics, paralanguage, physical appearance) of dance instructor had positive ef -fects on service provider evaluation(faithfulness, professional ism, kindness). Second, nonverbal communication of dance instructor had positive effects on trust. Lastly, nonverbal communication of dance instructor had positive effects on customer satisfaction. According to result, nonverbal communication of a dance instructor in recreational dance class is a very important factor for assessment and trust of service provider, and boosting satisfaction of customers`. As a service provider, a dance instructor try to show positive nonverbal communication in session, using proper nonverbal communication will he lp promoting service quality which participations realized.
