Abstract

Over recent decades, there has been an exponential growth in both the quantity and complexity of technology. This growth has inevitably had a substantial global impact, resulting in a fundamental restructuring of various aspects of our day-to-day lives. This article considers the influence of rapid technological growth on educational approaches and processes. In particular, this article examines how modern industry has responded to changes in demands for continuous personal development, in addition to new professional qualities in employees. The aim of this study is to conduct coherent research into the suitability of Agile methodology in the context of management of educational processes. To analyse Agile methodology, we engage in a theoretical investigation of the history and development of the complex Agile mind-set and ways of implementing such into the educational process.
