Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the fairness of the disabled Taekwondo instructors on the trustworthiness of athletes and training continuity. The subjects of this study were 394 students with disabilities learning Taekwondo located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Gyeongnam, Jeonnam and Busan as the population. The secured questionnaire was used as analysis data after validation and reliability were verified. As a result of the analysis, first, the sub-factors of leader fairness were interaction fairness (t=7.025, p.001), distribution fairness (t=2.412, p.05), procedural fairness (t=4.358, p.001), were all shown to be variables affecting belief and trust. Second, interaction fairness (t=3.343, p.001) and distributive fairness (t=3.156, p.01), which are sub-factors of leader fairness, were all shown to be variables affecting the intention to continue training. Third, belief and trust were found to be a variable affecting the intention to continue training (t=10.287, p.001).
