Abstract
Breakthrough energy technologies are the key to industrial upgrading, and the innovation of breakthrough energy technology concepts is the initial reform of the new generation of information technology revolution. Given the availability of energy resources that partially replace coal and oil in the current energy mix, the Russian energy system needs to further increase the share of non-fossil energy sources, but existing technologies and industrial scales are difficult to achieve this goal and even more difficult to maintain the implementation of the net zero goal.
