Abstract

The article reviews the procedure for legal regulation of introduction of closed circuit television systems at workplaces by an employer. The author studies the legal algorithm of the use of closed circuit television systems by an employer, fundamentals of protection of rights and legal interests of employees, correlation to provisions of personal data protection laws, special attention is paid to the judicial practice.
