Abstract
The article considers the illusory nature of secularism and the concept of “secular priesthood” as a minority, replacing sacred authority through the use of constitution to implement political ideologies. The circle of problems included into the framework of the “post-secular” is determined. A civilizational approach is proposed to solve the problem of preserving the state identity in post-secular world
