Abstract
The publication discusses ethical and legal issues in the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the healthcare sector. Digital technologies should not only contribute to the positive development of the healthcare sector, but also inspire confidence among patients and medical professionals, and also not create fears about their use, therefore, ethical and legal issues are given importance. In this case, a significant role will be given to the legal regulation of social relations arising in connection with the use of technology in medicine.
