Second, through coordination training, α-amylase, which is the physical stress of college students, decreased, showing a significant difference. In summary, as a result of applying coordination training, which is widely applied to professional soccer players, to college students in soccer clubs, it was found to be effective in developing physical functions and reducing physical stress. This will lead to improvement in skills along with functional development that can occur in actual games, so it will increase satisfaction by using higher skills. Therefore, it is thought that it will have an effect on college life satisfaction in the future because it is effective for physical development and stress relief for college students who like soccer, away from the concept of general soccer. If this training method is continuously applied and deepened, it is thought that the satisfaction of various parts of college students in the soccer club will also increase.
