Abstract

In the post-COVID era, people began to think about different ways to manage these exhibition spaces. To this end, we examined the current status of selected exhibition spaces at home and abroad and conducted a survey. The results of the study showed that offline exhibitions, the traditional way of exhibition space management, are preferred to online exhibitions because they are more realistic and easier to understand, and the audience can relate to and interact with them more easily. This suggests that non-face-to-face content is not a substitute for existing offline exhibition spaces, but a complement to them. However, in response to the ever-changing digital environment, exhibition spaces should seek ways to adapt to these changes, and this warrants further research in a number of areas.
