Abstract
The article presents the entirely new decision support system for gas carriers. A distinctive feature of the system is the principle of creation of the control analytical system watching not only the values of controlled parameters, but also their dynamics. The article describes the principles of the system construction, its logical structure, physical level of implementation, as well as diagnostic modules for the main propulsion plant, cargo system, the hull of the vessel, navigation and meteorological system, and a number of other technical resources ensuring safety of the ships sailing in different climatic conditions
