Abstract

The aim of the article is to study the organization of communication between the city authorities and stakeholders to strengthen the socioeconomic security of the city; substantiation of the stages of organization of such cooperation. Taking into account the conception of stakeholders, the traditional mistakes and the corresponding consequences of these mistakes in the organization of communication with stakeholders regarding the implementation of the scenario of strengthening the socioeconomic security of the city were identified. The stages of organization of cooperation with stakeholders are defined, their important role in strengthening the socioeconomic security of the city is emphasized. As a result of the study, the sequence of organization of cooperation with stakeholders to strengthen the socioeconomic security of the city has been allocated. The provided characteristic of the forms of involvement of stakeholders in the implementation of the scenario of strengthening the socioeconomic security of the city will ensure a rapid response to changes in the environment; also to form and support the security activities of the city authorities and continuously improve mutually beneficial communications with the entire set of stakeholders. Prospects for further research in this direction are generalization of the experience of local authorities working with stakeholders on the example of specific cities. The operationalization of this study will allow the formation of groups of real stakeholders of a particular city, which in the future will form the basis for the resource provision of scenarios for strengthening the socioeconomic security of the city.
