Abstract

The article deals with the essence and types of implicit knowledge, its role in the formation of the spiritual and moral, spiritual and cultural component of human life, including professional self-determination and the formation of professional dynasties. The results of the study on the influence of background implicit knowledge in primary social groups on the professional choice of young people and on the formation of professional dynasties are analyzed.
