Abstract

Objectives This study was conducted for the purpose of analyzing eforestry workers' perceptions of changes in Jobs and duties according to the technological change
 Methods A part of the survey used by Park(2017) was used, and 1,127 trainees of the Forestry Cooperative Training Center and Forestry Cooperative Training Center were surveyed, and data of 325 workers were used for analysis.
 Results The average job change in the forest sector due to technological change perceived by forestry workers was 2.94, which was slightly lower than 3 points (no change). The average level of recognition of changes in the duties of forestry workers in the future was about 2.84, which was lower than 3 (duties will change) and higher than 2 (duties will change slightly).
 Conclusions Forestry workers recognized that technological change that will occur in the future will affect the forest sector to some extent, and that the number of jobs in the forest sector will decrease due to technological change, and that changes in duties will also occur. On the other hand, the majority of respondents perceived that the period of change of duties are about 4-5 years after, and that about 50% of duties will be replaced.
