Abstract
The authors’ study of the organizational and economic problems of the implementation of the State Housing Renovation Program revealed the relevance of the problem of accurately determining the level of budget financing in the presence of various series of mass-built buildings and renovation technologies (demolition, reconstruction or dismantling). The organizational and economic aspects of improving the efficiency of housing renovation processes are considered. The author analyzes modern approaches to the renovation of residential buildings. The main focus is on possible ways to optimize renovation processes in order to increase their efficiency. At the same time, there is no inclusion of measures for possible compensation of budget costs for renovation of the housing stock.
