Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis and assessment of the economic effect of power supply technologies in industry. The paper examines current trends in the development of the electric power industry and methods for assessing the economic efficiency of the introduction of new technologies. Special attention is paid to examples of successful implementation of energy efficiency projects in industry. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the efficiency assessment, the article offers prospects for the development of this area and recommendations for optimizing the use of electricity in industry.
