Abstract

This study is to offer quantized basic information that can acquiring more efficient kicking technique on practice by comparing and analyzing turning kick with high attacking frequency of Taekwondo techniques by fixed target and moving target. Objects are seven taekwondo players in C University who experience a national athletic meet(age: 21.57±0.49, height: 178.28±1.74㎝, weight: 74.00±2.93㎏, career: 10.42±1.17 years). Turning kick is moving target kick striking a meet target and a person wearing protective equipment acted on everyday practice. 3D movement data is collected by 5 200㎐ highresolution video cameras and reflector marker. As a result of an experiment, there is a statistical difference in body-oriented onward movement displacement and speed of two types of turning kick, and there is a significant difference in angular speed of knee joint and upper body anteversion. In addition, there is a significant difference in resultant velocity of tiptoe on kick. A change of body-oriented onward location and speed is needed for efficient kick of a meet target used in most practices, and a kick increasing tiptoe speed with angular speed of lower limb joints is an efficient kick that is similar to a practical game.
