Abstract
У запропонованій статті зроблено спробу визначити основні етапи формування правової культури на теренах сучасної України. Автор намагався показати історичний процес розвитку і формування правової культури з часів первісної людини до сьогодення, визначити основні фактори впливу на дане явище, охарактеризувати існуючі течії і наукові бачення в даній проблематиці. Категорія «правова культура» є однією з основних характеристик правової системи країни, яка показує якісний стан правового життя суспільства. Він залежить від досягнутого рівня розвитку правової системи, що характеризується станом та рівнем правової свідомості, розвитком юридичної науки, створеною системою законодавства, правозастосовної практики, законності й правопорядку, правової освіти, а також ступенем гарантованості основних прав і свобод людини.

Other authors suppose that commercial education initially originated from public initiative This education was initiated and actively supported by entrepreneurs, merchants, a large number of philanthropists who, through representative, class, city associations, and trustees councils, initiated the creation and financial support of commercial educational institutions, and state domestic universities. Thanks to their donations, new buildings of universities and institutes were built, scholarships were established, curricula were improved and research was carried out, and societies of assistance to underprivileged students were active.
