Abstract

A model of wise humanity in an organization is proposed and empirically tested. The model is presented as a landscape matrix of human relations measured in terms of attitudes towards another group, boss, colleagues, and the person himself or herself. A diagnostic complex is substantiated for assessing the components of the model: humanity, wisdom, motivation, organizational culture, climate, professional status and professional identity of the personnel. The study is conducted in the context of J. Boyd’s management concept and the Industry 4.0 paradigm; the digitalization index is used. The sample consists of 16 efficient and less efficient educational, construction, housing and communal services, security organisations, the total number of respondents is 251 people. Examples of calculating data on organisations are given. Conclusions are drawn about the model capabilities in managing organisations, its limitations.
