Abstract
The article assesses the efficiency of the system of education of the country through a range of factors, including both objective factors (the state and availability of infrastructure, budget, training and retraining, etc.) and subjective ones psychosocial assessment and visions of the educational system (satisfaction with one's own level of education, field of education and the attitude to it).
