The author’s goal is to justify the contextual approach to studying the works of A.A. Akhmatova at school basing on the features of the poet’s oeuvre, as well as the tasks that a teacher of literature faces today: the development of logical and metaphorical thinking, interpretative abilities, interest in the subject, and formation of cultural memory.
