Abstract

The main tasks of information and communication technologies of education are defined in the article, the directions of their introduction in professional training of future managers of tourism are considered: studying of hardware and software of tourist office; formation of skills in automating the work of a travel agency; study of methods and strategies of advertising, the formation of skills in the organization of tourism business on the Internet; study of methods of working with information retrieval systems. More than 80 higher educational institutions of Ukraine and even more professional institutions of lower level of accreditation train tourism specialists. This, of course, contributes to the development of the tourism industry, but the low level of cooperation between vocational tourism education institutions and enterprises does not allow for the development of high quality not only theoretical but also practical aspects of education. Lack of practical skills hinders the development of the tourism sector, as companies need to train employees in the workplace, losing not only time but also money. In turn, higher education institutions are interested in making their graduates competitive in the labor market, as this is an indicator of the quality of training of a particular institution and a good basis for future cooperation between the employer and the educational institution.Innovative pedagogical activity is associated with the rejection of well-known stereotypes in the teaching, education and development of the student's personality, creates new standards of personal and creative, individually oriented activities of the teacher, develops pedagogical technologies implemented in this activity. This is especially important today, when an important priority of public policy in the labor market is to optimize the training of the population with an emphasis not on assessing the learning process, but as a result, not on the duration of training, but on its quality. Key words: innovative technologies, educational technologies, professional competence, professional training, communication technologies.
