Abstract

The paper proves that traditional project management models focus almost exclusively on the provision of products and services, on the contrary, new project management models are primarily focused on achieving results. Described is the method of «brainstorming», which is now the calling card of the economy of intellectual workers. The behavioral economy of the cognitive psychologist Daniel Kahneman was analyzed, which proposes to divide the brain into two separate systems: system No. 1 – «Fast Brain» and system No. 2 – «Slow Brain». The article also proves that brainstorming can be a valuable tool for group collaboration and innovation if a number of additional recommendations are followed.
