Abstract

ينطلق التطوير التنظيمي عبر الترکيز على الجانب الأساسي في المؤسسة التعليمية على اعتبار أنه يتم بتغير الاتجاهات والقيم والهيکل التنظيمي بالإضافة إلى الممارسات الإدارية من أجل تحسين أداء المؤسسة، ولا شک أن التطوير التنظيمي يحتاج إلى جهد حتى يحقق أهدافه والتي بدورها تنعکس على قدرة المؤسسة التعليمية، وعليه فإن التطوير التنظيمي يساعد المؤسسة التعليمية على مواجهة التعليمات من خلال مشارکة کافة الأطراف المعنية في حل مشکلاتها مع الالتزام بالمعايير العالمية المتعارف عليها في مجال التطوير. Abstract Organizational developments is launched through focus on the primary side in the educational institution, given that changes in organizational ttrends, values, and structure are carried out in order to improve the performance of the institution. There is no doubt that organizaitonl development needs an effort in order to achieve its goals, which in turn is reflected in the educational instituation’s ability, and accordingly the organizational develoments helps the educational institution to confront itt. Instructions through the participation of all concerned parties in solving their problems while adhering to the internationally recognized standards in the field of development.
