Abstract

Changes to the Housing Code of the Russian Federation in 2014 led to the fact that the capital repair program in the regions of Russia acquired the character of a promising development. To date, work in this direction is being carried out dynamically, however, in order to achieve the most effective indicators of the implementation of the regional program of capital repairs of apartment buildings, it is necessary to identify the prevailing negative trends in the processes of its planning and implementation, which impose restrictions on the implementation of the program in full, in order to further eliminate them.
