Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of health-related risk perception and self-efficacy on health promotion behavior of elderly physical activity participants. It was conducted with 228 elders aged 65 or olders. The study have drew a conclusion as follows. First, Three was significantly differences in health promotion behavior between gender. Female elderly showed high scores on health promotion behaviors. Second, health-related risk perception influenced not significantly on health promotion behavior of elderly physical activity participants. Third, self-efficacy influenced positively on health promotion behavior of elderly physical activity participants. Fourth, health-related risk perception influenced negatively on self-efficacy.
