Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among internal bonding, knowledge sharing, informal learning, and innovative behavior of public research organization researchers. To pursue it, we used the 2022 survey on human resource development in science and technology panel data and analyzed the relationship among four variables; internal bonding, knowledge sharing, informal learning, and innovative behavior through the structural equation modeling and bootstrapping. The results of the study are as follows: Firstly, we found no statistically significant direct impact of internal bonding within public research organizations on innovative behavior. Secondly, Public Research Organization Researchers’ internal bonding influenced informal learning, knowledge sharing. Thirdly, there was no statistically significant direct impact of knowledge sharing within public research organizations on innovative behavior. Additionally, it was difficult to confirm the indirect effect of knowledge sharing between internal bonding and innovation behavior. Fourthly, direct impact between informal learning and the innovative behavior of researchers in public research organizations was not significant. However, informal learning was significant indirect effect between internal bonding and their innovative behavior. Based on these findings, the study suggests several implications for practical interventions and future limitation were outlined.
