Abstract

Improving productivity is essential for securing a company's competitiveness and sustainable growth.
 However, research on the productivity of apartment complexes is insufficient to date. The purpose of this study was to study major factors and measures affecting construction productivity as part of basic efforts to improve productivity in the apartment construction process. Through this, the purpose was to reveal the impact of productivity on the performance of apartment construction projects and to find effective management measures to contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of the construction industry.
 For the empirical analysis of the study, statistical analysis was performed using data collected from 130 actual apartment complex construction projects. The analysis results show that the role of work factors in the apartment building construction stage has a positive effect on customer participation and relative performance, and that sales per person in terms of construction management personnel and human resources management appear to have a positive effect on performance The purpose of this study theoretically demonstrates the importance of maintaining appropriate productivity, and practically shows that customer satisfaction and financial performance must be achieved simultaneously by maintaining efficient productivity during the project execution stage.
