Качественный анализ текстовой информации в подготовке психологов и юристов

Abstract

Introduction. The problem of training specialists in the field of psychological assistance, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of participants in activities is currently extremely relevant due to complex political relations. Professional training and education of specialists requires obtaining skills and abilities in assessing qualitative information in relationships and communication, working with text and speech information, taking into account the age, cultural, ethnic, gender and mental characteristics of opponents. The purpose of the study was to study the practical skills of students in mastering the methodology of qualitative analysis and the application of phenomenology and hermeneutics techniques in text analysis in the educational process. Methodology and methods: the methods of phenomenology and hermeneutics implemented by students studying in the areas of psychology and jurisprudence were used. Results and conclusions. Differences in the performance of tasks by students of different areas of training and profiles were established. Students have difficulties in formulating problems in the process of applying phenomenological techniques and a decrease in the level of subjectivity in describing the significance of the results obtained by hermeneutic techniques. The novelty of the qualitative research is the system of operationalization of indicators for the implementation of phenomenology and hermeneutics techniques, which allows to establish the structure of links between the components of the methods. Further prospects of the study are determined by the study of traces of the knowledge gained and skills of conducting a qualitative analysis of the text during the entire learning process and its use by students in the material of the final qualification work.
