Abstract

The article is analyzed the number of official documents for the purpose of deconstruction the "Russian vision" modern world order. The central concepts of Russian official discourse are the "unipolar world" and "polycentric / multipolar world", and the current state of international relations is defined as a transitional stage to the polycentric model of the world. Official discourse is one of the most effective means "power struggle" on a global scale that focuses attention on precisely formulation the problems of the world order. "Multipolarity" in Russian suggests the need to eliminate the discrepancy between the actual global balance of power and the structure of global governance headed by the United States; creation of new international institutions that would provide a collective solution to international problems; elaboration the rules of conduct in the international arena. The dynamics of the modern world order are determined by the competition between democracy and undemocratic regimes.
