Abstract

In recent years, more attention has been paid to the problems of using dental implants in difficult anatomical conditions, due to the deficiency of the volume of jaw bone necessary for the installation of dental implants. However, in the clinical practice of a dentist-surgeon, there are more frequent categories of patients with reduced alveolar bone, for whom along, multi-stage treatment involving a number of osteoplastic surgeries is not acceptable.
