Abstract

The material of this scientific publication is, in fact, a confirmation of the verification of the effectiveness of the training system model using various types of recreational aerobics for non-physical education students. The obtained statistical data of the pedagogical experiment confirmed the hypothetical nature of the research tasks outlined by us. Analysis of the latest research and publications confirmed the relevance of our scientific search, the logical algorithm of which was based on the results of solving a few problematic scientific questions, which were separate scientific tasks. Hypothetically, the results we expected had not only theoretical solutions, but were solved because of practical application in the educational and training process of the aerobics section. Information from relevant scientific sources and legal documents allowed proving the relevance of the declared topic, building a logical basis of scientific research, determining the purpose, objecting, and subjecting of a scientific article and predicting the results of a scientific experiment. In the literature we studied, we did not find any adequate methods or innovative physical culture and health systems for correcting the functional capabilities of non-physical education students by means of health aerobics. The results of the pedagogical experiment, analyzed in this publication, confirmed prognostic ideas and views regarding the use of the directions of physical culture and health aerobics for the correction of functional capabilities of non-physical education students. After the implementation of the tasks of the scientific research, we obtained a statistically probable improvement in the functioning of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems and the general level of work capacity of the girls of the Sumy Polytechnic. We also noted positive changes in the control group of female students at the Sumy National Agrarian University, but the errors were of a random nature, which indicates that the training effect of aerobics for a long period of time gives a positive effect. We recommend using the data of our scientific research to conduct training classes on aerobics in the conditions of a higher professional institution of education that does not have a physical education profile.
