Abstract
The article discusses general characteristics of judicial guarantees of secret investigative activities according to the criminal procedure code of the Republic of Armenia. During the research the author analyzed the legislative conditions and basis of judicial premission to conduct sectret investigative activities, some problems that occur during that decision making are identified. The relevance of the topic is based on the absence of unified approach to understanding the scope of judicial guarantees of secret investigative activities in law enforcement practice.
