Abstract

This study was conducted to find out the effects of Pilates, BOSU exercise, and sling exercise on static and dynamic balance in adult women. A total of 9 adult women were selected and the exercise program was applied three times a week for two weeks, It was performed for a total of 50 minutes, including 10 minutes of warm-up, 30 minutes of main exercise, and 10 minutes of organizing exercise. The results are as follows. First, the static balance ability improved in all three groups after applying each exercise program. Second, the dynamic balance ability improved in all three groups after applying each exercise program. Based on the verification results, we would like to develop a systematic exercise program, provide new exercise methods, and comparison data.
