Russian Abstract: Явление гендерного неравенства далеко не ново, впервые этот термин возник в 1980 году, с появлением термина гендер как основы феминисткой концепции. Однако само явление гендерного неравенства существовало задолго до этого. Данная проблема актуальна в любые времена и в любом государстве, т.к. затрагивает вопросы индивидуальной и общественной безопасности English Abstract: The phenomenon of gender inequality is far from new, the term first appeared in 1980, with the appearance of the term gender as the basis of the feminist concept. However, the phenomenon of gender inequality itself existed long before that. This problem is relevant at any time and in any state, because it affects the issues of individual and public safety.
