Bulgarian Abstract: Управлението е процес с универсално проявление. За управление може да се говори в живата природа, неживата природа, обществото. Независимо от специфичните особености на този процес в различните системи от посочените три сфери, той има няколко общи черти. English Abstract: The aim of this paper is to analyze the management of change and the specifics of change management in the school education system. One of the responsibilities of management is precisely the proper handling of change. Organizations must carefully monitor internal and external environments and apply appropriate approaches to managing change, according to the specific situations.
